WoCoVA is proud to announce the 5th World Congress of Vascular Access to be held in Copenhagen, June 20-22th, 2018, highlighting global vascular access issues, technology advances, evidence-based practices and of course a great opportunity to network with professionals from all around the world.

This unique multi-disciplinary and multi-professional event (with attendees from more than 50 countries), will cover all aspects of vascular access: indications for the choice of the device, insertion techniques, tip location methods and prevention and management of all vascular access device (VAD) related complications, such as infection, thrombosis, and occlusion.

Topics on safety, cost effectiveness, care excellence and efficiency in vascular access, as well as the demand for globally shared guidelines for the clinical practice will be part of the WoCoVA scientific program.

Scientific and educational sessions, hosted by the most important international experts, offer exceptional occasions to expand your own knowledge, to share experiences and to learn about future trends and innovations in the area of vascular access in all its scope.

WoCoVA 2018  will be hosted by the Tivoli Congress Center in the buzzing city of Copenhagen, Denmark.  Located in the heart of a major knowledge centre, Copenhagen is ranked as one of the world’s most popular convention cities, due to its easy accessibility, high levels of efficiency and low crime rate, among other factors. In recent years, its range of hotels and meetings venues has grown tremendously.


WoCoVA offers great opportunities to expose your activities and / or products to vascular access professionals. Exhibitors can exchange information with an expected 800-900 attendees at booths and in hands-on stations in the commercial and technical exhibition in the Tivoli Congress Center.
